Hur CE-certifiering fungerar

Den fullständiga CE-certifieringsprocessen för uppblåsbara vattenfarkoster: tillämpliga direktiv, nödvändiga provningsprotokoll, omnämnda ställningars deltagande och efterlevnad dokumentation.

What Is OEKO-TEX Standard 100?

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is a globally consistent, independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products at all processing stages. It ensures textiles are free from harmful substances and safe for consumer use.

Applicable Standards

OEKO-TEX Standard 100

The primary certification for textile products. It applies to raw fibers, yarns, fabrics, and finished textile articles. Products are classified into four product classes based on their intended use (I: baby, II: skin contact, III: no skin contact, IV: decoration).

OEKO-TEX STeP (Sustainable Textile Production)

A certification system for environmentally friendly and socially responsible manufacturing facilities. Covers chemical management, environmental performance, occupational health and safety, and social responsibility.

The Certification Process

  1. Product classification: Determine OEKO-TEX product class (I – IV)
  2. Applicable standards: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 criteria catalogue, Annex 4/6, limit values for harmful substances
  3. Technical file preparation: Material composition, production chain, chemical inventory, risk assessment
  4. Sample testing: pH value, formaldehyde, heavy metals, pesticides, chlorinated phenols, allergenic dyes
  5. Factory production control: Certified body audit of manufacturing and chemical management processes
  6. Certificate issuance: Valid for 12 months with annual renewal testing required

Certified Bodies for Textile Certification

Common certified bodies include Hohenstein Institute (Germany), TESTEX (Switzerland), and OEKO-TEX partner institutes worldwide.
