Manufacturing Process

Every incoming batch of polyester, nylon, or blended yarn is inspected against specification. Samples are tested for tensile strength, denier uniformity, and twist consistency before release to production. Non-conforming materials are quarantined and returned.

Approved yarns are wound onto warp beams using computer-controlled warping machines with consistent tension across all ends. The warp sheet is then sized with a protective starch or polymer coating to reduce breakage during weaving and improve fabric quality.

Sized warp beams are mounted on high-speed rapier or air-jet looms. Weaving patterns are programmed via CAD to achieve the required fabric construction — plain, twill, satin, or custom weaves. Knitted fabrics are produced on circular or flat-bed knitting machines for stretch and comfort applications.

Greige fabric is scoured to remove natural impurities, sizing agents, and mill oils. Dyeing is performed in high-temperature jet or jigger dyeing machines with precise temperature and chemical control. Computerised colour matching ensures batch-to-batch consistency within ΔE ≤ 1.0.

Finished fabric receives targeted functional treatments — waterproof coating (PU or PVC), anti-UV stabilisation, anti-bacterial finishing, quick-dry hydrophilic treatment, or mechanical stretch processing. Each finish is applied via pad-dry-cure or knife-coating lines with real-time thickness monitoring.

Every finished roll undergoes 100% visual inspection under standard lighting. Fabric is graded for defects, shade variation, width consistency, and hand feel. Lab samples are tested for tensile strength, tear resistance, colourfastness, and specified functional performance (water repellency, UPF rating, etc.).

Approved rolls are cut to customer-specified lengths on automatic cutting machines, labelled with style code, lot number, and roll details, and packed in polybags or kraft paper. Rolls are palletised and stretch-wrapped for container shipment. We coordinate with freight forwarders for FCL and LCL shipments worldwide.
