As a factory brand of Seekingtex Textile Group Co., Ltd., Seekingtex controls every stage of production — from the arrival of raw yarn and chemicals to the final pre-shipment inspection of the finished fabric. Our manufacturing facility in the Suzhou Industrial Zone spans 12,000 square metres and houses dedicated workshops for weaving, dyeing, coating, lamination, digital printing, final inspection, and quality testing.
By integrating design, engineering, sampling, manufacturing, and testing under one roof, we eliminate the inefficiencies of contract manufacturing and maintain direct control over build quality, material selection, and delivery timelines. Every roll that leaves our workshop is produced by our people, on our equipment, to our standards.

Weaving & Knitting Workshop
State-of-the-art rapier and air-jet looms produce precision woven fabrics with consistent density and minimal defects. Computer-optimised loom setup minimises material waste and ensures every roll meets its dimensional specification before finishing.
Dyeing & Finishing Line
Dedicated dyeing workshop with jet dyeing machines and padding lines. Temperature-controlled processes ensure consistent color development across batches. Finishing processes include sanforizing, heat-setting, and chemical application for functional performance.
Coating & Lamination Workshop
Precision knife-over-roll coating lines apply PU, acrylic, and silicone coatings. Hot-melt lamination line bonds membranes and films for waterproof breathable fabrics. Each coating formulation is batch-tested for consistency.
Digital Fabric Printing
Digital printing lines produce full-colour fabric designs with photo-quality resolution. Eco-friendly water-based inks with excellent colorfastness. Suitable for apparel, outdoor gear, and custom branded textiles.
Final Inspection & Grading
Every fabric roll passes through automated inspection frames. Defects are flagged, measured, and graded per ASTM D5430 standards. Sample swatches are retained from every roll for traceability.
Quality Testing Laboratory
Accredited in-house testing lab performs tensile, tear, hydrostatic head, colorfastness, shrinkage, and abrasion testing. Our quality lab operates independently from production and reports directly to management.

From Yarn to Finished Fabric
Every roll passes through 6 production stages with QC checkpoints at every step. No shortcuts, no skipped inspections.
Yarn Receiving & Incoming QC
All incoming yarn and fiber materials are logged by batch/lot number in our ERP system. Raw yarn rolls, chemicals, and additives are quarantined until QC sign-off.
Tensile strength (ASTM D2256), yarn count, twist per inch, chemical viscosity, visual defect scan

Weaving & Knitting
Computer-optimized loom setup for precise weave or knit construction. Rapier and air-jet looms maintain consistent fabric density and dimensional stability.

Dyeing & Finishing
